Six snowboards designed for the 2022—2023 season. Topsheets are digitally printed with screen printed logos and a UV Gloss finish.

The Ion Series is inspired by coloured glass found in Bocci architectural lights. The natural gradients and colour combinations are created through ancient glass making techniques, often using surprising ingredients - animal bones, plants, and other natural materials.

To balance out the natural gradients of the glass, I took direct inspiration from the process of Ion Propulsion, counteracting the organic glass with something technical that emulates speed and endurance, hence the other side of the name Ion. The lockups contain the equation for Ion Propulsion and the geometric cubes, unique to each board represent the electrons and ions that generate thrust.
